Royals Skincare offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products purchased through our online store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund.
To return a product, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and provide us with your order number and the reason for your return. We will then send you a return shipping label.
Once we have received your returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
- Returns
All returns must be in resalable condition. This means that the product must be unopened and unused. If the product is not in resalable condition, we may be unable to offer a refund.
To return a product, please package it carefully and ship it back to us with the return shipping label that we provided.
We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method so that you can track the progress of your return.
